Hayar does not act as an employer, recruiter, or immigration authority and does not guarantee hiring outcomes or regulatory approvals.
2. Eligibility
By using Hayar, you confirm that:
You are at least 16 years of age
You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
Information you provide is accurate and truthful
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date
Hayar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Job Postings and Applications
For Employers & Recruiters
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings
Job advertisements must comply with applicable Canadian laws and regulations
Hayar does not verify or endorse job postings
For Jobseekers
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and application information
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment
Hayar is not responsible for hiring decisions, communications, or outcomes between users.
5. LMIA and Regulatory Disclaimer
Hayar may be used to support recruitment advertising efforts, including for employers involved in LMIA-related hiring.
Hayar does not guarantee LMIA approval
All LMIA decisions are made solely by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with current LMIA advertising requirements
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
Misrepresent job details, wages, or employment conditions
Post discriminatory or unlawful content
Attempt to misuse, scrape, or disrupt the Platform
Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Fees and Payments
Some features of Hayar may be offered for a fee.
Prices and plans are displayed on the website
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Hayar may change pricing or features at any time
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Hayar, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Hayar or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links
Hayar may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Hayar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Hayar does not guarantee job placements, hiring success, or regulatory outcomes
Use of the Platform is at your own risk

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hayar from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your job postings or applications
Your violation of these Terms
12. Termination
Hayar may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if these Terms are violated.
Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
Hayar may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Compliance With Job Advertising Regulations (Including 2026 Updates)
Users of the Hayar platform are solely responsible for ensuring that all job advertisements, recruitment activities, and related content comply with applicable federal, provincial, and territorial laws and regulations in Canada, including any new or updated job advertising regulations effective in 2026 and beyond.
Hayar provides a platform for publishing job advertisements and managing recruitment activities but does not monitor, verify, or guarantee compliance with evolving legal or regulatory requirements.
It is the responsibility of employers, recruiters, consultants, and other users to:
Stay informed about current and future job advertising regulations
Ensure job postings meet all legal, regulatory, and disclosure requirements
Seek independent legal or professional advice where necessary
Hayar shall not be held responsible or liable for any penalties, enforcement actions, losses, or consequences arising from a user’s failure to comply with applicable job advertising regulations, including regulations introduced or amended in 2026.
