We are seeking an experienced and motivated Delivery Drivers Supervisor to lead our team. Candidate will oversee daily transportation operations, optimize delivery schedule, ensure compliance with safety regulations, optimize delivery schedules.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the delivery activities of delivery drivers
– Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
– Monitor vehicle inspection and maintenance.
– Maintain accurate delivery records.
– Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency.
– Supervise workers and projects.
– Deliver goods to customers.
– Resolve work problems.
– Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity.
– Train or arrange for training new staff.
Requirements:
– Secondary School diploma
– Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
– Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
