Nail Salon Supervisor Full Time

Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated Nail Salon Supervisor to oversee the daily salon operations.  Applicant must have strong leadership skills and have knowledge in beauty and nail care industry.

Responsibilities:

– Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nail technician and salon staff

– Schedule work shifts and assign duties to employees

– Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction

– Monitor staff performance and provide training and support

– Manage inventory of nail care products, tools and supplies, place orders when required

– Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints

– Promote salon services and help achieve sales and business targets

– Ensure salon is clean, organized and professionally maintained at all times

– Have knowledge in nail care services, products and techniques

– Assist with providing nail care services including manicure , pedicure during peak business periods or when operational needs required additional support
