Field & Office Associate Temporary

We are looking for a motivated, adaptable Field & Office Associate to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who enjoys the balance of active, outdoor property maintenance and professional administrative tasks. You will be a key part of our daily operations, ensuring our field projects are completed to high standards while helping our office stay organized and responsive to clients.

Key Responsibilities

In the Field:

• Perform on-site property maintenance, including trimming, debris disposal, and site cleanup.

• Assist in the precise application of growth inhibitors and other specialized treatments.

• Ensure all equipment is safely operated and maintained.

• Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients on-site.

In the Office:

• Draft and send professional service quotes and invoices to clients.

• Coordinate schedules and follow up on service inquiries via email or phone.

• Assist in documenting project progress and maintaining organized digital records.

• Help manage logistics for disposal and equipment pickups.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physically Fit: Ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using a smartphone and laptop for drafting documents and managing schedules.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills for professional client interaction.

• Reliability: A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean driving record are essential.

• Mindset: A “get it done” attitude with high attention to detail.
