General Farm Worker Jobs Full Time

Job Responsibilities
Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
Operating basic farm machinery and tools
Sorting, packing, and loading agricultural produce
Feeding and caring for livestock (if applicable)
Cleaning and maintaining farm areas
Following health and safety regulations
Job Requirements
No formal education required (secondary school is an advantage)
Previous farm or agricultural experience is a plus but not mandatory
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Basic English communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Wage: CAD $15.50 — $20.00 per hour (depending on experience and province regulations)
Work Hours: 30–40 hours per week + overtime pay (as per labour law)
Overtime Pay: 1.5x regular hourly rate after standard hours
Paid Vacation: Minimum 2 weeks per year (or 4% vacation pay)
Public Holiday Pay: As per provincial labour standards
Safe Working Environment: Compliance with Canadian Occupational Health & Safety regulations
