Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades

• Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt

• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs

• Level earth to specifications

• Remove rubble and debris from sites

Experience & Specialization
Construction Focus:

• Residential

• Sidewalks and curbs

• Poured concrete

• Roofing

Credentials

• Driver’s License (Class 1 or A)

Transportation

• Must have own transportation and valid driver’s licence

• Own vehicle required

Tools & Equipment Required

• Steel-toed boots

• Hard hat, gloves, safety vest

• Cellular phone

Work Conditions

• Physically demanding

• Repetitive tasks

• Must lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
