Job Overview

ECEN Immigration in Yellowknife, NT is seeking an Office Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The role involves greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, handling calls, and assisting with invoicing and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
• Provide basic information to clients and the public.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Order office supplies.
• Handle invoicing, billing charges, and payments.
• Arrange teleconferences and manage correspondence.
• Perform data entry and maintain filing systems.
• Provide customer service and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Education & Experience

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience.

Computer & Technology Knowledge

• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Social media platforms
• Electronic mail
• Spreadsheet applications
