Education Required: High school, however, college diploma in bookkeeping is preferred
Experience Required: 1 year of bookkeeping, 1 year of tax preparation is ideal
Job Duties:
· Provided professional customer service to FBC members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to tax and financial services.
· GST/HST filings and amendments.
· Responded to CRA review letters and collaborated with clients to collect and submit supporting documentation.
· Scheduled and confirmed client appointments and internal meetings.
· Opened, reviewed, and distributed incoming mail and email, and coordinated the flow of information within departments.
· Sent electronic and physical correspondence to clients & third-party entities with permission, including requests for tax packages and supporting documents.
· Utilized Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage and organize client records and administrative tasks.
· Greeted FBC members and office visitors, identified the purpose of their visit, and directed them to the appropriate staff.
· Maintained confidential records and handled sensitive correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
· Worked collaboratively with internal teams to support timely and accurate service delivery.
· Supported general bookkeeping and financial documentation activities as required.
