Accounting Technician

Location: 160 Avenue Saint-Sacrement, Québec, QC G1N 3X6
Salary: $25.00–$30.00 hourly (negotiable) / 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Work Hours: 08:30 to 16:00

Overview

Languages Required: French
Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques

• Maintain and balance manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

• Maintain ledgers and financial statements

• Post journal entries

• Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports

• Prepare trial balance of books

• Reconcile accounts
