Health and safety agent (Laborer) Full Time

Role and context  
A health and safety agent helps maintain safe and clean work environments by inspecting sites for hazards, reporting incidents, and supporting corrective actions. They assist workers, clean equipment and work areas, remove snow, and perform general labor tasks while following and promoting safety procedures.

Salary 
18.00 – 22.00 $/h

Required profile  
– Some experience as a general construction labourer may be required
– 6 months of experience

 Tasks  

– Carry out regular inspections of work sites to identify potential risks to employee health and safety
– Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers
– Clean work areas and equipment
– Remove snow from work areas
– Prepare accident reports and propose corrective actions to avoid the recurrence of such incidents
– Clean the buildings on construction sites
– Clean trucks, heavy equipment and machinery
– Perform other labouring and elemental activities
– Any other related tasks.
